Bushtucker Challenge!
For DHs birthday I set up a Bushtucker Challenge!
It was more for the childrens’ entertainment and got some interesting reactions. I have to say I didn’t think DH would take part so hats off to him as to be honest – I wouldn’t have done! Lol. The youngest boy has autism as you will probably identify from his reaction to the task. Don’t judge me too harshly on the bit at the very end – I did give him a chocolate – what you don’t see is that he spent the rest of the evening laughing at me because he’d tricked me by getting a chocolate even though he hadn’t eaten anything!
Oh and the innocent looking chocolate cake, that wasn’t just any cake, that was a GU chocolate brownie cake…
Excellent!! What brave kids too – no way would I have been brave enough to sample at that age (or this lol!).
Fab post! If that is a birthday treat/entertainment – I can’t wait to see what you get up to at Xmas (although not sure how you can top the GU cake!)
